We are only happy when you love your frames! So if you decide not to keep your online purchase, we understand. Simply send us an email with your name, address and invoice number to email@example.com within seven days of receiving your shipment. As long as you’re within 7 days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization label. Always refer to this tracking number when corresponding with us or shipping your merchandise so that we can expedite your return.
Regretfully, we can’t accept merchandise for return that is bought on sale or isn’t returned in its original condition; and we can’t fully credit you without the original casing – so please remember to include your cases and cleaning cloths. We are also unable to reimburse you for the costs of shipping, so be sure to let us know if your glasses aren’t right for you within 1-3 days of receiving them before you send them to

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Internationally shipping charges apply.
How long will it take for my glasses to arrive?
- All product “In- Stock” ships within 7-10 business days via USPS
- International shipments take 10-12 days to receive via USPS/FecEx
- All Prescription Orders, please allow 5-7 business days for processing, then an additional 2-3 business day for shipping.
- All Pre-orders will ship within 3-4 weeks.

Do you ship signature required?
All EYE CANDY CREATIONS products carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of sale. Email us at email@example.com for more information. A manufacturing defect is broadly defined as any defect that is derived from a manufacturing process that does not allow the product to function as originally intended. Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to:
• Plating failure.
• Mechanical part failure: Hinges, rim lock, decorative icons, temples.
• Soldering failure.
• Plastic material de-lamination due to defective manufacturing process.
• Discoloration of any part of the frame not related to use of the product outside of its intended purpose.
• Lens falling out of frame.
• Failure of any connection or connection component.
The following defects are not considered to be manufacturing defects:
- Scratched lenses after the initial post production inspection, as noted above.
- Product broken or damaged intentionally.
- Product broken by accidental damages
- Product subjected to conditions outside of its intended use.
